MV structure appears normal with long mobile anterior leaflet which flattens Slightly in systole. Got told my echo was normal but what does this mean? Why would it say normal if this comment was made? Surely this is abnormal? Do I have valve disease?

If you took a: Picture of a bridge and there were pedestrians crossing it you would say it is normal. If there were no pedestrians crossing it you would also say it is normal. You would describe the bridge and presence or absence of pedestrians either way. The echo interpretation is being descriptive of a normal finding. It is not abnormal it just is the way it is.
