Can you have a long anterior leaflet without having marfans or a connective tissue disorder? Does it always mean myxomatous valve disease?
MV structure appears normal with long mobile anterior leaflet which flattens Slightly in systole. Got told my echo was normal but what does this mean? Why would it say normal if this comment was made? Surely this is abnormal? Do I have valve disease?
If you took a: Picture of a bridge and there were pedestrians crossing it you would say it is normal. If there were no pedestrians crossing it you would also say it is normal. You would describe the bridge and presence or absence of pedestrians either way. The echo interpretation is being descriptive of a normal finding. It is not abnormal it just is the way it is. Dry eyes. How long can preservative free eye drop vial be used? Leaflet says discard after one time use. Some doc say 1 day, some say save for 48 hrs.
Drops: My advice is that they can be used for 24 hours. Eye drops are tricky because it is easy to introduce an infection. Better to be safe than sorry! ...Read more
Can eye gel that contain Cetrimide as preservative be used long term? Doc say can. Leaflet say can damage corneal epithelium n cause eye irritation.

Depends: Where are you using the heat pad? If the back, then 20-30 minutes but not at scolding temperatures. If it's the jaw, probably not a good idea if you just had surgery.
