I smoked heavily for 6 years. I had a diffuse alveolar hemorrhage in June. I cut down from 3 ppd to 1/2 ppd. However, I just started rehab for IV drugs after almost dying from sepsis. Rehab says not to stop smoking now; but what about my lung issue?

Topical and air: If her thighs prevent air circulation, she may need to,position with legs spread open for a while each day to avoid maceration in the wound. I Assume she is on antibiotics, topical debrieding agents like silver sulfadiazine are helpful as well.
