LLETZ: There may be a vaginal irritation due to the placement of monsel's paste onto the cervix after the lletz procedure. It is used to decrease bleeding. Vaginal thrush can be treated but i would let somebody first take a look. Oral therapy for thrush would be better than using a medicine with a vaginal applicator which may disturb the cervix if accidentally hit with the applicator. ...Read more

Hematometria?: We cannot diagnose online (obviously) but it sounds like you might have cervical stenosis (narrowing) from the LEEP/LLETZ, which would make it hard for menstrual flow to come out: hence light bleeding, with pain if blood builds up in uterus, this is called hematometria. I'd abstain: The reason I wouldn't attempt a clitoral orgasm is that is can cause contractions of your uterus and vagina which is close to where they performed the surgery. This could cause bleeding and disruption of any sutures, or scar tissue that could be present. I would also ask your Gynecologist who performed this surgery. Good luck ...Read more

Resolved: Your body is able to get rid of the HPV. With the CIN 3 removed and a normal pap you are back to normal. You must continue your follow up because the recurrence risk is 30% to 50%. ...Read more
