My dr tried to perform an ablation & couldn't. He says I have scar tissue everywhere from my c sections including my liver, is that normal?

I was diagnosed with liver sarcoidosis. Mri stated I have liver fibrosis and scarring. Been have painful dull aching pain on my right side of my stom?
