This morning I found little red dots on the tip of my tongue, and at the back my tongue is white, what is that? I think I woke up sick.

Don't worry

Tongue
In general, I tell my patients not to worry about what their tongue looks like. The tongue has an amazing ability to look different at different parts of the day, people often get very concerned about it. If your tongue doesn't hurt or bother you in any way then leave it alone and you will be fine.

What might help my tongue with redness and pain?

Depends on diagnosis

Pain
Diagnosis must precede treatment. You need to have a clinical examination to determine your diagnosis and treatment recommendations will follow. See your physician.

Redness and bump under tongue with discolored saliva duct?

Salivary stone?

Duct
Stones can form in your salivary ducts just as they can in your kidneys. This is one possibility. See your dentist or oral surgeon to get it checked out.

My baby has fever blister on tongue n redness of gums n 2 pimple lik rash on face with v poor appetite?

Maybe herpetic virus

Gums
If you or someone close to the baby has herpes -- cold sores, etc. then it is possible that your baby has gotten them. What you described is consistent with a primary (1st time) herpetic infection. Get to the pediatrician ASAP for diagnosis and any treatment.

white lesions on the side and front of the tongue with fissures and redness it's more visible in the morning and upper quadrant abdominal pain?

Not sure

Fissure
Not sure if abdominal pain and tonge are related. The tongue description can be a combination is scrotal tongue and leukoplakia. Scrotal tongue is benign, Amy white lesion should be biopsies. In my office we use the trimera 3000 . It used several light sources to view mouth tissues. It is a non invasive approach.

White spot on lingual frenulum, some redness and irritation under my tongue. upper neck sore with right side gland by artery swollen for 2 months????

Salivary stone?

Salivary_gland
You may want to have your oral surgeon examine the floor of your mouth for a possible salivary stone. A stone that blocks the end of this salivary duct can cause swelling and tenderness of the gland it drains as well as the floor of the mouth until the stone is removed. Chronic blockage of the flow of saliva can also cause infection of the gland so visit your oral surgeon reasonably soon.
