I injured my little finger and had it taped with my ring finger. Now, both fingers are stiff. Is there anything that can be done about the stiffness?
Get evaluated: There are several things to consider in the differential diagnosis. Ulnar neuropathy is one of the possibilities that might trigger these symptoms. Other possibilities might me a cervical radiculopathy if there is neck pain or a lower trunk plexopathy if there is history of trauma. Depends: Depends on the injury. What you have is an irritated ulnar nerve. An injured nerve from an elbow dislocation may take longer to recover than an elbow that was hit with a tennis ball, so it depends on how it happens.
