Blood flow: By increasing blood flow to the brain and thereby increasing oxygenation and metabolism, memeory can improve. I would also add that there may be benefit from improved mood and overall increased vitality. The other benefit is that as you increase exercise, you are more engaged and less bored, this improves memory as well. Yes: There is a plethora of literature that supports that movement and exercise promote better health. There are many people that have sedentary jobs. Psychotherapy has: limited your capacity for what? Symptoms can increase as treatment progresses but then can subside. Maybe you left treatment too early or were w/someone who was not a good match. Cognitive behavioral therapy may be a better type of treatment. Lifestyle changes in nutrition, exercise, etc. may be an alternative. Please see your doc. Spectracell lab in TX has a nutrition test. Possibly: Try eating unpasteurized yogurt three times a day or taking a probiotic and adding some otc fiber additive to take daily. This will bulk up the stool, and change the nature of bacteria in gut which will alter the odor. If this does not work see a GI doctor. If the constipation is of recent onset, get checked for thyroid function. ...Read more

Unlikely: Alcohol does not do anybody any good. Occasional beer may not do much harm, however, you are better off without it. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. ...Read more

Yes: It's just as effective. If you exercise 20 minutes 8 times, you get the benefit of 160 minutes of exercise. It doesn't matter if you break it up or do it all at once. You could make the case that, with rest, you can exercise more effectively so breaking it up makes sense. ...Read more

Yes, but...: It is definitely more beneficial for your to have a job that is active rather than sedentary; however, you wouldn't want to count this as your exercise routine.
