I am pregnant. Accidently ate rotten watermelon cut, left at room temp for over 24 hrs. Only have stiff neck 6 days. Worried about listeria infection?
Fever and stiff neck, difficulty turning my head. Came on pretty suddenly and haven't had this stiffness before. Thoughts?
what are some remedies for stiffness? I currently have a stiff neck, ankle and knee from a combination of working out and looking down at my textbook
Hot water: Definitely! The Japanese knew about this centuries ago - hence their tradition of onsen. A hot bath or shower will do wonders! Stiff enck causes: There are several muscles in the neck area and the ligaments over the cervical spine and the neck stiffness can be from any of these . The cervcial spine has discs and probelms wiht the disc themselves can cause the muscles around the neck to go into spasm as well.
