Coleslaw?: I don't see why you can't have coleslaw as long as it is properly prepared. You can get a food borne illness anytime from anything. As far as listeria, while it is theoretically possible, cole slaw is not a typical food where it is found. Muscle aches, fever, vomiting and diarrhea are the more common symptoms. ...Read more

If you have green: poop and fever, then look inside the belly for cause. You may need a CT, or stool culture, or GI workup. If you have headache with fever, perhaps you need to look for meningitis.
