I used bar for triceps, exercise bike, etc. Is this pain normal and is there anything i can do dietary wise for recovery?
Please answer! what kind of super sets for triceps and biceps exercises can I do with dumbbells and e-z curl bar?
Basically: Can take any two exercises and superset. You can do bicep supersets like standing dumbbell hammer curls with standing standard dumbbell curls or wide grip bicep curls(EZ curl) with reverse grip bicep curls(EZ curl). Or you could do opposing muscle supersets, with any bicep exercise and tricep exercise like standing french press(EZ curl) to wide grip bicep curl(EZ curl). Just mix and match. ...Read more

Fruits & veggies: 1st let's be clear that I have no idea where your pain is, much less how much it is. What's normal for one person is intolerable for another. Most important is that pain is appropriate to muscle groups exercised b/c some medications cause inappropriate muscle pain/weakness. If you sweat "too much", you might throw off chemical balance.
