Eat normally: DHA in prenatal vitamins is an adequate source. A Fish meal is normally recommended once or twice a week. There is no need to go out of the way to eat more fish unless u r habituated in eating more sea food. Too much of a good thing may be harmful & mercury in sea food is a concern.
