I ate a salad that was recalled for listeria and have had bad neck and joint pain for weeks. I did have blood work done but did not mention the lister?
Home remedies for sore throat. It hurts everytime a swallow. I've tried salt water, lister one, ect. But never helps.

Aquatics allow you to perform body weight exercises, but being in water actually reduces the stress on your body due to buoyancy.
