My right arm tends to feel numbness in a "L" shape position. Other than that, my arm is ok during sleep or other activity like Pilates and exercise?

Nerve?: The pain can be from many possible sources. Deltoid area pain with numbness may signify involvement of the axillary nerve or possibly the c5 or c6 levels at your neck.
