Did reformer pilates. Day after throb deltoid pain lft arm, inch or so below shoulder. Numbness in area? Could this be rotator cuff or just sprain?

Please answer! what kind of exercise routine would be best to strengthen an arm that is shorter in length?
Same as longer arm!: Seriously! We don't recommend any specific exercise just b/c one arm is shorter. Likewise, we don't recommend any specific exercise just b/c other arm is longer.
