Looking for dietitian advice does protein cereal really curb hunger on diet? Given the ingredients such high protein, fiber and whole grains.

I recently switched to fiber one cereal. Now i'm incredibly gassy. Does this indicate to much fiber or not enough?
Good substitute for grain? As grains are inflammatory and not all that useful minus fiber. Or is a little bit of grain still good? (cereal/toast)
Good question: The grain, e.g. Rice is just starch. Mother nature surrounded the grain with a cusp that contains the vitamins to metabolize the starch. I see on cereal labels that some have added "fiber", but the "fiber" names sound artificial. Is the so called "fiber" safe? Is it helpful?
Safe and helpful: The "fiber" in cereal and other foods is typically the husk around seeds like grain or psyllium. It is safe and many people find it helps to keep them regular.
