What's the difference of overeating sugary/fatty foods and overeating healthy foods with same amoutn of calories?
Metabolism: Not all calories are created equal. The body metabolizes high sugar foods, including alcohol, very quickly into fat if these calories are not needed to sustain physical exercise.
