Reality check...: A generally healthy diet low in fats and with balanced protein, carbohydrate, vitamins and minerals along with general good health and exercise, will increase "health of the uterus". However, diet alone will not "stimulate ovulation" or treat problems like endometriosis or scar tissue or ovulatory dysfunction, etc that contribute to infertility. ...Read more

And what bad things might happen if one does too much of one thing, one food, one habit, or one activity? It's wise not to think much of this kind of stuff, so i wouldn't count on foods to alter growth hormone, testosterone, etc.; and would always eat a big variety of foods. ...Read more

I'd bet against it: Maybe not my last dollar, certainly not my life, but i's be very surprised to hear that there is a connection between nutrition (food or supplements) and the genetic tendency to release multiple ripened eggs in the same cycle. Perhaps an obgyn will respond too. ...Read more

Haven't heard of it: When reading such research papers, one should ask questions such as: which milk products (there are thousands or more), who were the test subjects, who were the control subjects (did not receive the test products), how many people were tested (the more the better), how much were the igf-1 levels affected, etc...
