Haven't heard of it: When reading such research papers, one should ask questions such as: which milk products (there are thousands or more), who were the test subjects, who were the control subjects (did not receive the test products), how many people were tested (the more the better), how much were the igf-1 levels affected, etc... Don't know you, but: If you have a sweet tooth, the following suggestions won't well suit you. However, fruits, vegetables, and whole grain products as well as lean proteins have 4 calories/gram whereas fats (predominantly in junk food, fried and fast foods) have 9 calories/gram.
