Exercises: Yes, but you don't need to focus on any specific exercise. Just get them to be active, play a sport, ride a bike, etc. The other huge component is nutrition. You need to minimize the amount of sugar, carbs, fat, that they eat. Cut out the candy, soda, ice cream, fruit punch, fast food, etc. Keep this stuff out of the house, and it will make everyone healthy.

Set an example early: Before they enter school, children try to imitate their parents. So get a jump on this-literally-and show them how much fun fitness activites can be. When they enter school, they have more options for activities with other kids. So enroll them in team and individual sports and help them practice. Daily activities: Make your daily activities more difficult - take the stairs, park further away, bike/ walk to work/ store, sit on a swiss ball/ at your desk and stand up every time you answer the phone, or lunge/ hop/ jump from place to place in your house. Things like these may seem small and silly, but the increased calorie burn can add up over time. Don't forget a healthy diet!
Make it happen: Don't encourage: make it a part of life. Do you "make" your child go to school? Yes brush his/her teeth? Yes do you keep allow your child to jump off the roof? No. Exercise should be no different. Be a role model - you must exercise also. Then get a plan. Do it together or help them find an interest. Get help from doctor/school/friends. Childhood obesity: A growing problem in our country is childhood obesity. The dietary education is slowly happening in schools, but there needs to be an emphasis on regular exercise as well. I would suggest finding an activity they think is fun...Dance, soccer, karate, and encouraging it. Also, make them turn off the electronics for an hour or so a day, and engage in activities. Exercise?: Although many individuals do promote the use of facial exercises to achieve a younger fuller face, I do not understand the purpose of these. Unlike the rest of your body, facial muscles do not generally achieve greater fullness with exercise. In fact, as a plastic surgeon, our goal is to weaken muscles with botox, rather than to strengthen them.
Lots of physical: Activity in green, outdoor spaces. Fresh air. Playing outside is great.
Diet & exercise: Make sure you exercise at least 30 minutes a day, don't skip meals, avoid soda, juice, dairy, alcohol and fried foods. Eat a healthy well balanced diet! also water, organic vegetable broth, green leafy vegetables, natural pickles, apples are great to fill you up so you don't feel hungry and they are very low in calories.See 1 more doctor answer
Yoga ; kids: Yoga can start kids early in improving balance, strength, and flexibility. They can learn to calm their stress in a hurry-up world. Kids naturally love to move, and love to play. It's helpful for them to have a non-competitive way to move their bodies, especially for kids who are shy or who feel physically awkward. There are parent-child yoga classes which increase parent-child bonding too.
Regular play time: Is exercise. So kids need daily play time...They exercise naturally through playing. Its not how much since they regulate themselves--more how often....Daily.
