This can B done by diet alone on days of Ur heavy workouts increase Ur protein intake shortly thereafter, energy bars, chocolate milk or other protein sources. Real food is best: After intense or difficult workouts your best bet for recovery is lean proteins and low glycemic carbs like sweet potato or berries. Try to eat w/in 15 minutes of finishing if you can. Protein supplements can be more convenient, but try to throw in some real food every now and them.
