Yes,no need 2 starve: I can not find many details without paying but i believe everyone should eat only organic if possible- see http://bit.Ly/19xax7e avoiding simple carbs like wheat ; corn is a well-proven method of losing weight-try quinoa instead! i don't feel all soy should be avoided-fermented soy like tempeh ; miso are ok in moderation.I avoid all those for a month every spring ; don't starve at all-see comment:. ...Read more

Aside of injection what is the food that can help to increase hemoglobin because sometimes i miss to inject after dialysis.

Anemia: Anemia in kidney failure is due to lack of erythropoeitin, which is injected with each HD session. It can be taken subcutaneously once a week. Ask about that possibility. Iron deficiency contributes to anemia. Foods rich in iron may help but typically dialysis patients require iron supplements.
