Workout Program: Recovery time depends on the type of resistance training you do, how many reps and sets, how much rest you get between sets. Many good work out program out there depending on your goals. In general try not to work specific body part more than 2 times a week and avoid doing back to back. Depends on how long-: -U lift. If a hard workout 60-90 mins, no need 2X/day. Muscles need a day of rest 2 recover. B sure 2 B adequately hydrated, adequate protein intake 4 the strength training. I don't know how good a 10min run is long slower, intervals, fast & slow 4 30-45mjn/day is better. Do this 4 cardio on Ur rest day. Also remember U R 49, no 19 y/o! ...Read more

Need more info: What exactly where done for your evaluation within 3 weeks? As stated in earlier posts, cardiac cause is of concern, but if you've had negative blood work, stress test, ekg, xray, then perhaps it maybe something else causing your symptoms. Are your symptoms starting from your head/neck and radiate down to your chest/arm? Or are you having chest/arm pain and occasionally headache? ...Read more
