Pain top/front of both shoulders, from chin ups or lifting kettle bells. Worst when raising my outstretched arm from eye level to overhead. Three ?
Probably kettle ball: You seem to be complaining of deltoid and primarily anterior deltoid pain which is worked with raising arms in the front. But if you're kipping your pullups then this will put tremendous stress on the shoulder as well. The exercises you mentioned often go with cross fit plans. I've lifted for many yrs and my concern is doing complex moves w/weights so rapidly when near fatigue. Bad form = injuries. ...Read more
HAVE MUSCLE STAINS: NECK TO ANKLE ALSO INTO ARM, MAINLY HIP SNAPPING. WOULD TENDON RELEASE SURGERY MAIN THIGH MUSCLES CORRECT WHOLE BODY SIDE STRAIN?
Varies: You would really need a detailed exam to answer that. There are occasions where we can fix one condition and that can lead to improvements in other areas of the body due to compensation. There are other occasions where a person may have two or more conditions and fixing one of them will only lead to improvement on that specific condition. Don't hesitate to be seen and thoroughly evaluated. ...Read more
Left shoulder impingement/cervical strain. What are some exercises to aid this? What exercises are ok for other body parts? Ortho said no overhead move

Overuse: Full day workout ? Must have a goal / purpose for this. Only ones i know of for this are endurance athletes -- triathlon, cycling, running. Good luck. ...Read more
With a tailbone injury can you do strength training w weights ie squats, leg press, hip abducter and cardio - elliptical?
Varies: It varies somewhat based on the severity of the injury. If it is a fracture, you would be well suited to avoid exercises that put extra strain on that area such as seated military press, etc for 6-8 weeks. If it was more of a soft tissue injury, than basically you would just try to keep your activities to such a level that your pain is not aggravated, but could increase them as tolerated. ...Read more

My son is 11 and a pitcher in baseball. Will push ups and pitching wear on his rotator cuff? Will a sore rotator cuff cause other arm issues?
Pitching: While pitching can be stressful to a shoulder, at 11 it is more likely to cause bone/growth plate issues. The rotator cuff is less vulnerable at his age, but can still get inflamed. Push ups and other exercises to strengthen his body should help reduce injury. Make sure he follows appropriate pitch counts/limits and consider using a pitching coach to monitor his form. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

Tendinitis likely.: From your short description, it sounds like tendinitis in the L shoulder, either from overuse / over-training or from some other injury. Playing sports just aggravates it. This is by far the most common cause of shoulder pain in athletes. For now, rest the shoulder, ice it as often as you can, & sleep in a comfortable position (on right).
