Just a thought: You may have an inflammation of one of your facial nerves called Trigeminal Neuralgia or "Tic Douloureux" Google it and discuss it with your PCP. Both possible: Do you have a fever? Any sick contacts. Do you have hx of allergies? Do you take any meds for these symptoms. This sounds like it is most likely allergies.
