Different issue: I do not know of any commonly used thyroid injections. Synthroid (thyroxine) can be used IV at half the dose of your usual oral dose. Lipotropic injections may vary. If there is truly any effect, it would actually be to decrease the risk of gallstone formation, rather than causing problems. Safe but...: probably not effective. Laser lipo side effects can include: contour irregularities, seromas (bloody collections), sagging skin, inadequate fat removal, burns, blisters and/or scarring. There are non invasive, safer alternatives available, including laser fat loss and RF fat loss machines, to name a few. Eating less, eating healthier and exercising more also can go a long way.
