If there is truly any effect, it would actually be to decrease the risk of gallstone formation, rather than causing problems. Safe but...: probably not effective. Laser lipo side effects can include: contour irregularities, seromas (bloody collections), sagging skin, inadequate fat removal, burns, blisters and/or scarring. There are non invasive, safer alternatives available, including laser fat loss and RF fat loss machines, to name a few. Eating less, eating healthier and exercising more also can go a long way.
