Can't tell from here: A painless moveable mass under the skin there could be either, or it could be a sebaceous cyst or other non-cancerous growth/mass. Sounds like a pilo-: -nidal cyst. If there is some swelling there it may B a fatty deposit where the cyst is, or a quiescent area from previous infection.
