You most likely: have MULTIPLE LIPOMATA a GENETIC disorder. If this is properly Diagnosed the "rule" is have ONLY THOSE WHICH give you PAIN or SUDDENLY ENLARGE or become HARD?FIXED removed! I am a 16 year old male bodybuilder and I have one lipoma on the right side of my ribcage, just below the lat muscles. I want to get a surgery done. Help me.

Lipoma or Hernia: As the lat muscles extends all the way down to the hip, you are probably inquiring about a mass in the lower back. As you are body builder, besides the diagnosis of a lipoma , i would also have to consider a hernia. I would recommend seeing a surgeon for assessment.
