Eye and fAce swellin: It is hard to tell what is going on with your limited description of what you had done. Was your maxilla or orbit broken and fixed? Varies: Most swelling after surgery resolves by 6 weeks or so. However, a lot depends on what was performed exactly. Swapping out expanders for implants is usually quite straight forward. Some is expected...: How long has it been since your procedure? Pain and stiffness are expected to a certain degree in the recovery phases of acl reconstruction. If you had recent surgery i would suggest you continue rice, post-op exercises, and pt as directed.
