Can be associated: Neuroblastoma may indirectly cause seizures by causing high blood pressure, which then results in hypertensive encephalopathy- which can cause seizures, however this is pretty rare. Most often neuroblastoma presents first with vague symptoms like tiredness, fever and decreased appetite. Causes of a seizure: Sometimes we find the cause of a seizure, sometimes we do not. It is possible a seizure could be caused by a brain tumor or MS. But brain tumor is a rare diagnosis, and MS rarely causes seizures. It is a good idea to have the MRI done.
