You need guidance: I do some weight loss in my clinic. First of all, I would need to know what kind of diet you are doing. It is advisable not to do diet programs of less that 1200 cal per day if your not supervised by a doctor. You could easily put your body in excessive ketosis. Not following you: I don't see a direct connection between LIGHTHEADEDNESS and DIGESTION PROBLEMS. You'll have to specify a bit more. Lightheadedness from weightlifting should resolve in short order after the exercise is done. If it doesn't then, it's probably not the weightlifting causing the problem.
