Not following you: I don't see a direct connection between LIGHTHEADEDNESS and DIGESTION PROBLEMS. You'll have to specify a bit more. Lightheadedness from weightlifting should resolve in short order after the exercise is done. If it doesn't then, it's probably not the weightlifting causing the problem.
