Bipolar?: Bi means 2 and polar is about ends. Bipolar folks swing between being manic (hyper) and depressed in various ratios. The same biochemistry can lead to feeling clear thinking and happy to feeling anxious depending on the thoughts that accompany the feelings. Poor choice: Phototherapy is at best an adjunct for acne. You deserve better. If topical benzoyl peroxide as tolerated has not cleared you in two weeks, get with your personal physician who can add prescription-strength therapy.
