Yellow stool: Yellow stool may be due to absence of normal amounts of bile in the intestinal tract because of stones, but it can be due to rapid transit of stool through the intestinal tract as seen with diarrhea from infection or colitis. Was only able to handle about half gal of golytely (polyethylene glycol) before midnight, but stool is light yellow, see through, almost clear. Was it enough?
Golytely (polyethylene glycol): You need to have clear stool without fecal material to be considered as adequate prep.
