Light period for 10 days (2 days early)boobs still ache and now mild cramping. Usually I have heavy flow, cramps day 1 n boobs stop hurting. Neg hpt?
Hormonal change: It sounds like a minor hormonal change and I suggest waiting to see what happens this next cycle. If you are still having problems, and not pregnant, then get a check up with a gyn specialist.

Prolonged: Prolonged vaginal bleeding not related to your period is called dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Depending on your age, there are a variety of things that could be causing it such as a hormone imbalance, annovulation, pregnancy, pelvic inflammatory disease, uterine fibroids, trauma, menopause, inherited bleeding disorders, and rarely, cancer. You should contact your doctor for an evaluation. It's important that the cause of your bleeding be found in order to give you the proper treatment to stop it. If you are bleeding from elsewhere, also give your doctor a call. Good luck!
If you get your period a week after taking Plan B and then a light period/light spotting 10 days after your period is that normal? Please help!
I took plan B and I got a light period, it's been 10 days and I'm still bleeding. Should I see a doctor or will it resolve on it's own?
I have very regular cycles I've gotton this weird really light short period like 10 days before I'm to start. Last one started may 31, what could it b?
Probably nothing: One can get Spotting around the time of Ovulation. If you have 25 day period then 10day before your next regular period could be associated with Ovulation. But if you are concerned and if spotting continues randomly, you should get checked by your OB GYN
Well, if it was your: Period then you aren't pregnant. Reasons for missed/late periods: low body weight, obesity, marked weight ^ or v, over-exercise, endurance athletics, breast-feeding, ^ stress, illness, eating do's (bulimia or anorexia), anovulatory cycle (no egg released), travel, hormone irregularities, drug use, meds (i.e., birth control) or medical problems. #1 reason is pregnancy. Pregnancy test if not sure.
Can u be pregnant and still get a light period I'm 10 days late and I just started spotting very light?
No: It is possible to bleed while you are pregnant but that is not the same as having your period. Your period is the shedding of the endometrial lining when one does not get pregnant. Have you checked a pregnancy test? If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.
I have been having constant light period bleeding for 10 days...Is this normal? I have been constantly light bleeding from my vagina since march 18, and it has not been normal period bleeding. This has never happened to me before. I have been getting con
If: If there is any chance you could be pregnant, then please take a pregnancy test. Spotting can occur during both normal and abnormal pregnancies. If you are pregnant, then you would need to be seen. Spotting can also occur from weight gain, loss, stress on the body, or just a light period. If it continues you will need to discuss this with your gynecologist.
I've have a light long period (10 days) took a urine & blood pregnancy test both negative but I'm still having pregnancy symptoms?
Get GYN exam: It is possible that you actually were pregnant and your prolonged bleeding was a spontaneous abortion. This would explain the negative HCG test (nothing is producing the hormone anymore) while you still have residual pregnancy symptoms. Either way, prolonged bleeding should be investigated by your doctor
Normal: 3 days late, while can be a little "off" does not fall very far outside the normal in terms of timing. It's possible that your hormones (estrogen and progesterone) are a little different in this cycle, but at 3 days late, I wouldn't be worried for a second. Make sure if you don't want to be pregnant that you are using birth control.See 2 more doctor answers
Is it ok to be on a super light period for 17 days then stop for a week the be on it again but heavy?

NOTHING TO WORRY: There is nothing to worry and to be concerned about
A few days ago I had an unusual light period. Then the next day the light pink turned light brown. And the day after that it turned a little darker.
Normal cycle for jan. 30 days later Spotted for 8days, a week later started a very light "period" that is now lasted 2 full weeks and counting. Neg pt?
10 months ago my period changed and now I get a brown light period for 4 days then my regular period kicks in for another 5. Is this normal?
Yes: Periods can change in character over your lifetime. As you age, gain or lose weight, become more or less stressed, the hormonal milieu of your body also changes. Be sure you are up to date with your health maintenance checkups.
I've gained 10 lbs in 2-3 weeks. I also had a light period for a week, had 6 days w/o one, & then it started again but is heavy. Is this hormonal?
Unsure: Would recommend home pregnancy test on first morning urine. If negative, repeat in 7 to 10 days. If both negative, unlikely this is pregnancy or miscarriage. Need to see your doctor for examination. May be hormonal but other causes on the list as well., Too numerous to list here. Sorry this was not more helpful. Best of luck. Dr. R
Don't know.: The main reason for light periods is a change in hormone levels. Causes for what seems to be a light period can include: implantation bleeding in early pregnancy, thyroid problems, eating disorders, excessive exercise, initial periods for a girl, use of an intrauterine device, oral contraceptives ; perimenopause. For period > 7 days, consult with your gynecologist.
