Light headed: During excercize it's important to get enough oxygen to the brain so make sure your blood flow is sufficient by hydrating sufficiently. Some salt in the diet helps the water stay with you. If dizziness or pain persists. Stop exercising and see your doctor before continuing as your heart may be the cause. ...Read more
Head tilt: If dizziness etc comes only when climbing up, the then answer could due to kinking of a vertebral artery damage to a portion of the inner ear, or exaggerated feedback from position sensors in the cervical spine.
