I recently had these symptoms: bad headache, dizzy and light headed, sweating then vomiting. It lasted about 2 hours and after I vomited I felt better?

Sounds like food poisoning. If symptoms do not recur, you may just wish to make a note of what you are before the vomiting and avoid that. If symptoms recur it would be prudent to see a doctor.
