Stomach virus: Diarrhea, nausea & vomiting, sound like a gastroentritis propably viral, try to eat light, such as soup, crackers, plain bread, plain rice, jello, apple, bananas, tea, avoid any fried food & dairy products, try OTC imodium (loperamide) AD for diarrhea & emetrol liquid lemon flavor is good for nausea, 1st make sure you're not pregnant if you are sexually active (sorry about that). GI virus: Maintain good hydration with intake of water, tea, jello or clear soup. Use Peptobismol or kaopectate for diarrhea. Take tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen for fever. Certainly could be: Dehydration is always a concern with diarrhea and would be the most likely explanation for developing light-headedness after/with a period of diarrhea. The headache and heat intolerance may be related as well but are less likely to improve simply with hydration. The vitamin C is not a likely cause here.
