A milky, white: Discharge is normal in early pregnancy. Take care.
Color: Blood clots are red or dark purple, with a consistency like liver. Tissue, which I would assume you mean placental that is passed with a miscarriage, is redish-browner and has more of a hamburger-like appearance

It could be normal: Have you OB check you, it could be normal but I will not ignore it.
Milky/ white d/c may: Occur. Classic pregnancy symptoms usually don’t begin until after your period is missed or thereafter. These can include: tender /swollen breasts, nausea or vomiting; lack of period; ^ frequency of urination; headaches, insomnia, fatigue. Moodiness, mild cramping, food cravings ; aversions; passing gas; enlarging waist line. Etc. Take a home pregnancy test to know if you have missed your period.

Lots of things: First of all bleeding is very common. It is even more common after treatment and more common with twins. Could be from your hormones, could be from some fluid in the uterus around the pregnancy, may be that one pregnancy did not develop well. Only time will tell. But the bleeding itself is not dangerous
None: There is no consistent discharge that is generally associated with pregnancy. Due to early hormonal changes you may experience an increase in a clear mucousy discharge but this is variable and can be due to other thinghs.
