Maybe: I'd be worried about being constipated for a week. You need more fiber (psyllium husks), water, and bowel stimulation (magnesium, prunes/prune juice). You can't OD on magnesium, because it will give you diarrhea. Take several TBL of Metamucil, 500-1,000 mg magnesium, and enough prunes to get you going. Stay regular.
