Probably not: The normal lifting that is done around the house won't cause a miscarriage at 1 month. I wouldn't recommend more extreme types of lifting such as weight-lifting, bench pressing, etc. Lifting a laundry basket won't hurt the baby but squating with 120 pounds of iron might.
