Check with surgeon: it depend on the baby weight.you are not supposed to lift more than 10 lb on your first week, up-to 25 lb on the second week, then only 20 lb up to four weeks most of the weight restriction will be lifted after the four weeks. Probably not but....: If you are passing gas and having bowel movements that is reassuring but in anyone with recent surgery who finds themselves suddenly having worsening abdominal pain it would be prudent to see their primary care provider or general surgeon who did the surgery if the pain worsens or persists. ...Read more
