Lidoderm patches: Make sure you are putting the patch on clean dry skin that has no residual soap or lotion on it. You can add an additional adhesive to keep the patch on, or clean the area with a loofa brush, which exfoliates the skin and allows the patch to stick better. Thus, there is little chance of it affecting any other part of the body, hence little chance of interaction with Percocet. I have prescribed Percocet & Lidoderm together without problems.
