Side effects: Potentially serious: feeling anxious, shaky, dizzy, restless, or depressed; drowsiness, vomiting, ringing in your ears, blurred vision; confusion, twitching, seizure (convulsions); fast heart rate, rapid breathing, feeling hot or cold; weak or shallow breathing, slow heart rate, weak pulse; or feeling like you might pass out. Less serious mild bruising, swelling numbness mild dizziness and nausea. ...Read more

Hello Dr Druz, on February 24, I had a dental visit. The dentist injected 4 needles if lidocaine and epinephrine. Withing 1 minute I started experiencing tremors, hot flashes, cold hands and feet, fatigue. 911 was called, I was then taken to the hospital

Be careful: you most probably had a reaction to the epinephrine or it was injected into a blood vessel. In any event make sure you tell anyone working on you and they want to give you an anesthetic injection tell them what happened and insist they use a different anesthetic besides lidocaine with epinephrine.
