How to treat ED naturally. How to treat low libido naturally. How to get horny again as in my 40's. I am 61 now.

Be a "hot" 61!: It's possible to be the best you can be at each age - but it's not the same as being a different age. You can be a healthy, lusty 61 year old. Even at 40, you were not the 'on-fire' adolescent and that's fine - good even. Be as healthy as you can in terms of diet and relaxation and exercise. Get your mind into a sexy place and that's the best natural turn on I can imagine. ...Read more

Possibly: This depends on the reasons for the decreased libido and lack of orgasm. Some medical conditions can cause or contribute to these symptoms (depression, diabetes, dyspareunia, chronic pain, etc). Decreased libido can also be associated with a low testosterone level, which can also affect the female sexual response, impeding orgasm. I'm 21 yr male I have a very high libido and it prevent me from study well, really i want a safe drug to reduce this desire , please help me?

Meds not the answer.: I'm sorry to hear this issue is causing you so much pain. Unfortunately, there is no medication that is approved or indicated to lower libido. Antiandrogens, used in prostate cancer, and ssris do lower desire, but are not good solutions on their own & have side effects. If sexual thoughts are interferring with your life, i recommend a therapist who can help you deal with this. ...Read more
