the toxic dose is variable in individuals. A single dose of 10 grms has a pretty good chance of causing toxicity. It depends,,,: From what I gather, these are similar to tylenol (acetaminophen) in usa, only they have some other things added depending on which derivative you use. For example, the solpedeine migraine has Ibuprofen and Codeine along with the paracetamol/tylenol (acetaminophen) in it and panadol. Don't worry, but: Do think about a better solution to whatever this chronic pain is. Definitely avoid higher doses - there are long term damage to liver and other possible problems.
