Citramag sachets colonoscopy 5yrs ago Ambulance crew said had "fainted sitting down".Friend saw me confused talking eyes open mumbling nonsense TIA?
I think if you had: had a serious TIA 5 years ago, and you are 76 years old now, you would have developed other symptoms of compromised circulation to head/brain.Magnesium citrate is a strong laxative; my stronger suspicion is that you became dehydrated with electrolyte abnormalities (possibly low sodium) and had "metabolic delirium. If nothing similar has occurred in the interim, I would chalk the episode up to that ...Read more

I live in dutchess county, ny. My kids were sweeping out our shed today. Afterwards I saw mouse droppings on floor. I am worried about hantaviris?
Monitor the kids: I think this incident is relatively minor. In theory, hantavirus can be found in rodent excreta, but you are not in one of the 'high risk' areas such as the 4 corners region of the U.S. Since there are other diseases associated with mouse droppings, I would just keep an eye on the kids - if they develop any fevers, cough or respiratory symptoms in the next week see a doc ASAP. Prefer an ID doctor. ...Read more
Met a 70 yr old m had a Bike accident in Thailand
toe cut and looks black he has diabetis
flys Europe hospital tomorrow treatment
two 6hr Flight OK?
Could be bruise. Not: There is more going on here than meets the eye. Based on the description of the incident, the toe's vascular status has been compromised. This could either be by the trauma, an underlying vascular disease or both. His sugar control more than likely has influenced the gravity of the wound. The most effective time to begin treatment is immediately post injury, not after tissue death begins. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

I thought ALS typically occurs in people in their 50s and 60s? Put Pete Frates(ice bucket challenge) was in his 20s and Lou Gehrig was in his 30s
Couple comments: Although ALS is indeed a disease of older patients, there are other causes of early onset motor neuron disease, such as hereditary Kugelberg-Whelander, and the true cause of Lou Gehrig's demise remains puzzling as no autopsy was ever done. Some suggest ALS was erroneous diagnosis, and Chronic Post-traumatic Encephalopathy may have been a more correct diagnosis. ...Read more

On autism spec, age 29, dad says memory get replaced by false memory often. Recently, mistook my mailbox for another, until landlady corrected me.
I don't see a: Question, but i guess you are wondering if your father's comment is correct. We all distort reality in our minds to varying degrees. Is it more so in people with autism? I don't know because I have never seen the world through their eyes. Even having a grandson with autism, he is too young to state with certainty that his vision of the world is necessarily any more distorted than mine or your dads. ...Read more

Paranormal: Wow, what a coincidence! There have been stories of twins over the years that seem to be able to communicate "telepathically", and we don't really know how they do it. That is a remarkable story, but not truly a medical issue. There may be other websites better equipped to offer insight. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
