Levels Of Detection For Drugs In Bloid
What's the time detection difference with home drug test and test from labs with specialized equipment?
Depends: The elimination time for various drugs is very different. Whether one considers a test to be positive or not, also depends on the threshold for the positivity. Lab tests are more sensitive than home tests, but it is not feasible to provide a general statement of the time difference for detection by the two methods for the multiple drugs of abuse. ...Read more
If I took a 5mg of Percocet at 12:00am on Saturday and had a urine drug screen on Wednesday should the test be negative for drug detection?
Plasma half life is 3-5 h (half that of morphine). It takes approximately 6 half lives for a drug to be eliminated from your system. 5*6/24= 1.25 days. The oxycodone will stay in your system for about 1.25 days. Due to its short half-life, Percocet doesn’t stay in the urine long.
You will pass the test, but Percocet is very addictive drug. You should talk to your PCP for more information. ...Read more

Can a blood drug test determine how much of my. Kolonopin and Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) I've taken all month long or is there a.detection period? Why not do a urine test
Yes: If you are taking your medicine on a consistent basis, a Steady State Serum or Blood test should provide a pretty good indication of your adherence to directions. Urine Drug testing only gives a qualitative indication of your medication taking history-in other words-yes you are taking or no you're not taking it. The blood level is an instant snapshot of your blood level so it is difficult to fool. ...Read more

If after 11DPT of 3dt embryos the hCG levels are high enough for detection can a home pregnancy test detect it accurately already on 11DPT?
See below: Conception, as defined by the generation of a fertilized ovum, occurs within day or so of the sex. However, it takes about two weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG to produce a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully. ...Read more

I was advised rosuvas-f for trigylicide level of 246. It is necessary to take this drug or should I take only rosuvas.
Discuss with your Dr: Rosuvastatin alone, with a good diet and exercise regimen, may bring down both your cholesterol and trigs. Your dr. Knows your case best, and if you have reservations of the combo drug let them know. Maybe you can prove with the one only and dieting/exercising that you can lower both your chol (total and LDL) as well as your trigs. Good luck. ...Read more

I'm Being drug tested woud they send it out to. Lab to check the levels and why if it all came back negative?
I don't really: Understand your question but will offer a thought based on what I think you might be asking! It sounds like you were told you had a negative drug test but more lab testing is being done. Sometimes, for many tests, there is a small indication of positivity, but not enough to be called truly positive, and only additional, confirmatory tests will determine if truly, not falsely, positive. How to keep creatinine levels above 20 mg/dl? I do not use drugs but need a drug urine test 3 times a week. The level of creatinine must be over 20 mg/dl. I changed nothing in my diet and recently had a level of 14.1 and was told I diluted. I am worrie
The most common reason for low creatinine is that you drink a lot of fluids. It is not abnormal to have low creatinine, it's just that the people doing the lab test want the urine concentrated enough that it can pick up trace amounts of the drugs they are testing for. Dilute urine= less of drug in urine sample. Some people have a medical condition that makes them unable to concentrate their urine (low levels of adh (vasopressin), (vasopressin) anti-diuretic hormone) release from the pituitary gland.
If you don't have this condition, then on test days avoid liquids (sips ok, glasses not ok) until after the urine test. Best results would be to avoid liquids 4 hours before test. If creatinine is still low, you might want to see an endocrinologist to evaluate for low adh (vasopressin). If the doctor can validate this, then your employer can't legally hassle you about your low creatinine. ...Read more
