Skeletal x-ray , MRI: Many possibilities of bony pain- from muskuloskeletal, neurological etc. If I am not mistaken, you are recently diagnosed of having mgus 19 months ago, correct? I recommend you to get a skeletal bone survey to be done. If that is normal- you should consider pet scan ( superior than skeletal bone survey) or MRI of spines to detect bony lesion that may be associated with your plasma cell disorder. ...Read more
