Not normal: Blood pressure 135/95 is considered stage I hypertension. Ideally patients should have their medication doses adjusted to reach 120/80.

Have child seen PLZ: Please take your child in to be seen to the ER from the sound of things. I don't like that there is a HIGH fever, HEADACHES, dizziness, and lethargy as you describe. Missing beats certainly doesn't seem normal to my thinking as a big person neurologist but how in the world can this be something that's going to go away just be letting it ride.

Fever and lethargy: That high a fever in a child is very worrisome. The skipping heart beats are probably related to the fever. While the fact that his fever goes down with medication - he should be evaluated. Make sure he is hydrated - plenty of fluids - pedialyte or gatorade (sports drinks without caffeine) or gelatin desserts or water/ice. A fever that high causes fluid loss.

Pregnant?: These symptoms are commonly associated with early pregnancy. If that's a possibility, check a home pregnancy test. Otherwise, these are not alarming symptoms per se, unless you aren't pregnant and they continue. In that event you should make certain to see a doctor. As the time to get in to see a doc can be some time for new patients, call and schedule your visit right away. Feel better soon!

Drop if blood sugar: If you have diabetes and your blood sugar dropped, it triggers symptoms even though it never drops below normal. Ear right, exercise more and lose weight to relieve the problem of fluctuating Insulin and glucose levels as well as your diabetes risks in the future.

Symptoms: dizziness, fatigue/lethargy, headache upon standing, sensitive to light, high fever. Nothing else so far. Any ideas as to what it might be?

Symptoms: dizziness, fatigue/lethargy, headache upon standing, sensitive to light, high fever. Nothing else so far. Any ideas as to what it might be?

Dizziness, fatigue/lethargy, headache upon standing, sensitive to light, high fever.: I would recommend that you go to see your primary care doctor about this issue, especially if the pain is persistent or worsening. There are several different potential causes of your headache, and your doctor can perform a thorough physical examination and help you figure out what might be going on. The fact that the pain is mostly on one side of the head would be most consistent with a migraine. Migraine, classically, is characterized by a pulsating pain that is localized to one side of the head. Chronic sinus congestion Other symptoms that often go along with migraine include nausea, dizziness, sensitivity to light, and changes in the vision (such as wavy lines or flashing lights). The pain could, however, be from other causes as well. For example, if you have Lymph nodes in one area, or in multiple areas chronic sinus congestion, that is mostly affected just the sinuses on the left side of your head, that could definitely cause an aching pain that was mostly localized on the left. Your doctor can help you figure out what is going on. Based on the likely cause of the headache (migraine, sinus congestion, or something else) they can also make recommendations about which medications would be best to treat the pain. Good luck!

Vague symptoms: These are all very vague symptoms that can point to many things. With the right upper quadrant pain, a good place to start is an ultrasound to check for gallstones.

Sleep loss: Even one night of sleep deprivation is sufficient to affect many body functions, like what you described here. Of course people have variable susceptibility to the effect of sleep loss. If you have a pre-existing medical condition, and if the symptoms persist after a week of recovery sleep, you should visit your internist or neurologist.

What can cause severe dizziness almost vertigo, headaches, and fatigue?

A long list: Many different things can potentially cause this constellation of symptoms that you describe, including: high blood pressure, anemia, very high blood sugar, abnormal thyroid function, abnormal electrolytes, and less often neurological illness. Given how nonspecific these symptoms are, it's important you have a thorough exam and evaluation by a physician.
