Don't worry!: Angiomyolipomas are never cancer and rarely require treatment. This one renal solid mass that can be diagnosed entirely my imaging studies. If it meets the criteria for an AML you are 100% safe. If the mass become very large and obstructing it could require removal but that is rare. They never turn to cancer. ...Read more
