Can reflux be made worse by intake of some lemon juice added in foods? And does grapes do the same?

Can I drink Aloe juice while on Tecta? Today is my first day on Tecta for acid reflux. I don't know what's safe or not to interact with it.
Aloe juice: Aloe juice, despite all the hype found on the Internet and on untrustworthy medical TV shows, has not been shown to be effective in treating acid reflux. It also interacts with many medications, and will act as a laxative. I do not recommend trying to use aloe juice when treating acid reflux. Tecta is very effective for this. Yes, however...: Yes, it is safe, but I advise rethinking taking alendronic acid as I believe this drug does more harm than good. It actually increases risk of certain fractures and has many serious side effects.
