Aloe juice: Aloe juice, despite all the hype found on the Internet and on untrustworthy medical TV shows, has not been shown to be effective in treating acid reflux. It also interacts with many medications, and will act as a laxative. I do not recommend trying to use aloe juice when treating acid reflux. Tecta is very effective for this. Yes, however...: Yes, it is safe, but I advise rethinking taking alendronic acid as I believe this drug does more harm than good. It actually increases risk of certain fractures and has many serious side effects. In my experience vitamin k2, vitamin d, boron, strontium and other natural approaches are both far more effective and safer. I advise consulting a holistic md who can advise you on this.
