My two year old son has red bumps under his chin and his arm and leg and he itches. He is coughing ,running nose ,fever what could this be?

Rigors: You may be in the process of having a cold before the fevers. Drink plenty of liquids and take a tylenol (acetaminophen) and that will help with the chills if it is a cold.
