There are few rashes: ...that are truly painful. One of them is Herpes Zoster (shingles). They tend to form linear clusters like you described, Because treatment is available that may hasten the recovery from shingles and prevent lingering pain, I advise you to see a doctor. Keep in mind that this is an educated guess, but a guess nonetheless. Hope this helps! Dr. Anne

Need a photo or exam: Most infection related rashes cause a generalized exanthem, and allergic rashes from contact or hives are itchy. Ring worm has a circular pattern and is slightly raised. An exam is essential for diagnosis.

Hyperpigmentation: Postinflammatory hyperpigmentation (pih) is a frequently encountered problem and represents the sequelae of various cutaneous disorders as well as therapeutic interventions. This acquired excess of pigment can be attributed to various preceding disease processes that affect the skin such as infections, allergic reactions, mechanical injuries, reactions to medications, phototoxic eruptions, trauma.

Can a muscle or tendon in the leg below the skin become infected? What are some symptoms/signs?

Can a muscle or tendon in the leg below the skin become infected? What are some symptoms/signs?

Deeper infections: Certainly infections below the skin can occur. Infection of the muscles or joints can occur when bacteria in the blood deposit the germs there, or an infection spreads from another site. The symptoms usually involve pain plus the systemic signs like fever, weakness, nausea etc. Some clue is usually there in the history about these diseases so I hope u can go to a doc and get it checked out.

Can lack of use of leg muscles give same symptoms as claudication of same?

Can lack of use of leg muscles give same symptoms as claudication of same?

Yes: Yes while the symptoms can be the same, the difference would be that claudication tends to go away when the vascular blood supply returns or the compression in the spine lessens in minutes to hours. In those people where the symptoms are related to muscle disuse the leg pain persists for much longer, like days. There can be overlap of both of these issues, so get checked out if concerned.

Lower leg and calf pain from 8 months, I doubt it could be compartment muscle syndrome, please tell me the symptoms and treatment for it.

No compartment syndr: Compartment syndrome is a catastrophic event typically following a crush injury or an ischemic event, in which the pressure inside the fascial compartment rises higher than capillary perfusion pressure, effectively cutting off the blood flow to nerves & muscle cells within the compartment. It usually requires emergency surgery (fasciotomy) to save the limb.

Have pinched nerve with leg symptoms (muscle spasm in morning) and limited on activity. Is it safe to use muscle simulator device on those muscles?

Stimulators Safe: Massaging or stimulating your spasmed muscles should be safe. And if it improves your symptoms keep doing it. If it worsens them stop the stimulation. Other helpful treatments are gentle stretching, ice and/ or heat to the effected area.

Can piriformis muscle syndrome cause sciatica type symptoms (pain and tingling in legs). Can you suggest anything that may help relieve it?

Can piriformis muscle syndrome cause sciatica type symptoms (pain and tingling in legs). Can you suggest anything that may help relieve it?

Suggestions: Yes, if sciatic is caught by buttock muscles, pain can simulate a pinched nerve from the back, BUT you describe issues in "legs", and the bilaterality causes some concern regarding lumbar stenosis vrs peripheral neuropathy. First, get diagnosis confirmed, then if appropriate, try physical therapy or osteopathy.
